Shipping times and costs
We generally ship within 12 hours of receiving the order on weekdays, while times may be slightly longer on holidays and rest days.
The shipping cost to Italy is dependent on the weight of the order:
- from 0 to 3 kg = 7 €
- from 3.1 to 5 kg = 9.5 €
- from 5.1 to 10 kg = 11 €
- from 10.1 to 15 kg = 12.5 €
- from 15.1 to 20 kg = 14 €
- from 20.1 to 30 kg = 17 €
- from 30.1 to 40 kg = 20.5 €
- from 40.1 to 50 kg = 23.5 €
- from 50.1 to 75 kg = 28.5 €
- from 75 kg and up = 40 €
You will see the exact shipping cost on the cart page or checkout page before confirming your payment.
For payments made by bank transfer you will have to wait for the money to be credited to our current account. Delivery will then take place.
At the time of shipment you will receive an email with a tracking link to be able to monitor the shipping and delivery status.
To avoid any problems in the event of a possible return, we recommend that you accept the package subject to quality control at the time of delivery.
Payment methods
All payments made on our website are to be considered safe as communications are encrypted using the most modern encryption standards and HTTPS technology.

You will pay the full price of the products ordered at the same time as the order is placed. It is understood that, in the event of non-acceptance of the order, we will promptly refund, by bank transfer or other method, any amounts already paid.

All information relating to the credit card is managed, at the highest levels of security, directly by Stripe or PayPal. Therefore in no archive of our property are contained, stored or processed data relating to Credit Cards, Pre Paid Cards or other cards.
For these reasons, we cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties.

Returns and refunds
To request the return and subsequent refund of an order, it is necessary to:
